Project Brief: To build an Online Environment with User Friendly
Interface and Interaction and Logical Structure where client can
manage content of the public site.

Secure login page for admin users.

Client Management.

Admin users can easily create, edit, delete a client entry and its case study.
Other management functions available are 'showcase' and 'status'.

Portfolio Management.

Admin users can efficiently manage all the works found in the Portfolio section of the Public (Flash) site. Image and Flash movie files can be uploaded to the system. Work title, dates, client name, category, description and thumbnail can be all set effortlessly. Once the newly uploaded work has been approved, its 'Status' box can be checked to be hence seen on the Public (Flash) site. If 'Status' is unchecked, the work does remain in the CMS, however, it won't be visible on the Public site. The 'Status' function be turned ON/OFF at any time.
This section is essential and allows for keeping the portfolio of the public (Flash) site current and... fresh.

Portfolio Management.

Once the work is approved after viewing, its 'Status' can be checked.

Featured Work Management.

On the Public (Flash) site, the home section is called 'Featured Work' where a selection of 4 works is showcased.
The selection varies depending upon the day of the week.
This feature of the site is all manageable by means of the CMS.

People Management.

An interesting and successful feature on the Public (Flash) site was/is the People section where all the member staff of the ad agency is featured. A mini profile, or personal space on the Public site for each member. Nothing formal but rather fun and creative expressing the person's character and, altogether, showcasing the agency's good spirit.

Admin User Mangement.

Admin users' settings can only be managed by users given Global Administrator status.
