It's been a week since project FACES has been launched online and it has received over 200 'face likes'. Big thanks to everyone who took the time to view and learn about the project and make their face selection.
It's an ongoing project so please come see FACES by Thierry Loa and make your face selection.
There are current 52 faces on exhibit. New faces will be added, some replaced based upon number of 'likes' the faces each receive from viewers.

FACES is a visual examination of people's faces captured in public spaces and, in most cases, without their awareness. FACES by Thierry Loa can now be viewed in an online gallery.

Last night, DR. HELLO won the Peter Gerretsen Film Award for his observational short documentary film '2010AD, Part I' and, on that same night, won the Merit Award at the 59th ADCC Awards Ceremony for the work on &Co Architects.

The Sunbeam TV commercial is officially released and now airing in Nov/Dec 2008 on specialty and conventional stations such as CTV, CP24, A-Channel, Food Network, W Network amongst others.
In other news, PART ONE of the film project 2020AD: An Observational Film (however still in production) is a current nominee for the Peter Gerretsen Film Awards 2008, while the &Co Architects is a current finalist at this year's 59th ADCC Awards. Both award ceremonies are taking place on November 12.

HELLOHELLO!! & DR. HELLO complete the Sunbeam project, a 30SEC TV spot. It's been months in the making. The project involved use of live-action, camera crane movement and photorealistic CGI to create and seamlessly combine 3 scene shots into a single one.

2008, September 29 Dr. Hello is close to reaching Final Draft of the Screenplay of feature-film project 'Existence, I: Man on Earth'. Storyboarding will then follow.

This project took a few months in the making. Quite a journey and a learning experience too.
From PrePoduction to Post, it involved research, planning, casting, script/copy writing, 3D modelling, music and sound composing, video production, directing, video effects, makeup, voiceover recording and lip syncing, database coding, building Content Management System, 3D Actionscript Module, endless Actionscripting for motion graphic and data integration, testing, and exploration etc.
